Today is Tuesday, September 28th 2010 and I have Just Seen an Email sent ( Mon, Sep 27, 2010 1:42 pm ) Sean Boushie is So confident that the University of Montana, Ravalli Police, Missoula Police, and Judge Robin Clute will back him up that he Threats and Well kind of dares me to contact them.

What is not understood is how so many Montana Government Agencies can FAIL to look into the PROOF or even send a 5 minute supeona to prove where my Death Threat Came from, or to look into the harrassment that followed.  Why Can't the University of Montana, Michael Bloom or ANYONE at the U of M simply look at him while he is on my sites all day everyday to Prove it.? Well they are Part of the Wall of Corruption that Protects Corrupt Judges, Detectives, and Cops in Lincoln and Ravalli County thats Why.

Do they think I am just some Criminal? 

Do they really believe I sent that Death Threat to Myself, then posted it.. What is My motive?  Only Fear for My Life, and trying to protect my livlihood and well they ALL took care of that. ... Also during this Year Sean Subscribed to all my YouTube Channels for my business, he tried to get me a violation of the corrupt protective order for writing on my University of Montana Stalker - Well I Do have a University of Montana Stalker FOR A YEAR NOW.. and so why would he demand I not talk of this stalker or try and say it violated his protective order if it was not him?  Makes no Sense.

And the Dumb Shit Detectives in Lincoln County.. gee can't figure it out.. NOPE they know the TRUTH but see they are after Paul Stramer and Shutting me UP.. so Sean Boushie was the perfect guy to protect.  I had NOTHING to do with Paul Stramer.. other then going to his meetings a few times to promote the Recall of Sheriff Anderson for NOT prosecuting Rapes and Dog Murders..

Accusing me of Buying Off a Judge? Why?

Well Judge Stormy Langston in Eureka Montana, was the first to see my Death Threat within the Montana Judicial System. She was at the Town of Eureka as the City Judge that Day, she agreed it was Sean Boushie and Said she would definately give me a protectiive order, she said fill out the paperwork and come back and see her the next day.

So I Did

When I Returned it she said, well you can't prove it was him so I can't give you the paperwork, I told her how to contact google and how to easily prove it, she refused..

So about a Month passed, During this time I tried to get help from many you see the stories of that on this blog..  I was Denied protection by all on this Blog and even a District Court Judge, Judge Hayne in Hamilton Montana.  Then out of No where I was served a Protective Order, he had got the Corrupt Judge Robin Clute out of Hamilton Montana to Give him an Illegal Protective Order.  Once this happened I called Stormy Langston at her home and begged her to make it mutual, she then did that next Monday. 

During her Court Proceeding Sean Boushie lied again and again and proved nothing, he brouth my stats as proof of his innocence, he begged to still look at my blogs every day.. It was MY HEARING and the Corrupt County Clerks gave him water and treated him like a king as did Ron Duram who is the Father of Neil Durham local Highway Patrol who is good friends with the Boushie Family and Mary Duram who runs the Town of Eureka... I was the VICTIM and proved it and the all came in in support of the Criminal..

So Stormy Gave the Order.. and Well After Judge Robin Clutes Corrupt Court - I was in Desperate Fear of My Life and I Left Town, I took a job in another state, during this Time I Found out MUCH - MUCH later, Sean Boushie had got the Corrupt Judge Michael Prezeau to over turn Stormy Langstons Feeble 3 Month Protective Order.  I was NOT served, Did not Know of the Court Proceedings and was OUT of State when The Corrupt Judge Prezeau put my life in Danger WITHOUT my KNOWLEDGE.

Meanwhile he GOT a Years protection where I was not to blog on him, talk to police or come any where near him as he SAID he was in Fear of His life.

Yet I had never spoke to the Man, so the Fear was a Lie.  Just like the LIES he told to the CORRUPT Judge Stormy Langston to get a Protective Order Against Paul Stramer in Lincoln County though he lived in Ravalli County - he lied about guns flashing at Rendezvous - lied about moving back to Eureka though he no intention to and STORMY Langston would not let me testify on Paul's behalf though I could proof Sean was the Dangerous one. So why Protect Sean Boushie? Well to Shut Me Up, Cover the Ass of the Corrupt Law Enforcement and Silence Paul Stramer.

I Have kept this diary to protect myself as I thought I would have to release it during my Order as his threat and defamation had spread to others and I feared their livlihood, real estate sales and safety.  So I kept this journal that you are Now able to See in Full.

I know that you most likely none of you are fans of my blogs. They are Simply the voice of the People, what I am hearing, what I am seeing and I truly do have the best interest of all at heart in my writings.

I have receieved a Death threat and this threat is connected to a Government IP address, I have included Stats and Links in this Email to give you a better understanding of what is going on and what is being Ignored, as I await to be "Permenantly Put Down". If you have NOT seen this Death Threat, it is in Justice of the Peace Stormy Langston's City Court and Justice Court Files as well as Stats and Proof of What I am about to say.

It has saddened me, the horror of the crimes, what I hear from the victims and that is what started my quest to give victims a voice. Whether it be children stuck in Meth Homes, Rape Victims, Men or Woman, People Beaten or Robbed or even Real Estate Victims, my Quest is to simply give them a Voice.

Here in Eureka Montana that partly turned into the request, the Petition to recall Sheriff Anderson and from that point I have certainly been in the thick of it as stories come to me daily from many different sources, emails, chats, phone messages, snail mail, and people stopping me in the street.

I am not out to hurt innocent people and I really do feel that What I am saying is the Truth. Surely with writings, with me voicing my opinion and talking about what I am hearing, surely none of you want me Dead Right?

I have tracked someone from the IP as is attached to the Stats. Also To give those of you who don't know a bit more background look at This site,

The Government IP searched "Sandptcpl" this morning, this Hate Blog has some of the same sentences as my Death Threat. "Sandptcpl" of course being the listed Author of the Above Hate Blog.

I now know that Justice Court and City Court is On this Mt.gov IP address. I do not know if these computers are password protected when the Judge is NOT around. I do not believe the Judge is involved though she has denied me to Testify for Paul Stramer against the Man who threatened to kill me, though she knew of this site connecting us prior to Paul Stramer's hearing.

These MT Government Connected Computers have our private Cases, Private information on Court Related Crimes, Reports, Protective Orders, Emails, or anything that you may tell, give or show a local Justice of the Peace or a City Judge?

Are their Computers Password Protected or can any cop, office staff, dispatch, highway patrol or cleaning company access that Computer that is linked in with the Montana Supreme Court System?

Stormy Langston Justice of the Peace in Eureka Montana knows who this man is, knows what he has threatened me with and for some reason seems to be protecting him.

Allowing him to verbally, with no proof get a Protective Order against Paul Stramer based on his word, his story, and though he lives over 4 hours away from him, and I bring Proof the best I can and My word, My Proof is NOT taken seriously when I have been permanently threated to be Put Down. Judge Langston would not allow me to testify with proof of this man's HATRED for Paul Stramer, Why?

Shocking, now I know local Law, judges, Commissioners do not appreciate my blog, but I do not promote hate, I simply speak out for victims hurt in all this and I Do not Deserve to have the County Boycott my Rights to be be Protected. Or to Ignore My Threat of Being Put down and other Vile attacks and the Proof of the Connection within a local Government Office. I simply have to wait, I have to now Open Carry though that was something I never saw myself doing, I don't know if it is a cop that is associated with this man or WHO in the local government (MT.gov) network is with him on permanently putting me down, so I wait..

I have Proof Of Hate Mail coming from a Government IP Address and I am being denied a Protective Order against another man whom I know has threatened to Permanently Put me Down.

I want a Permanent Restraining Order based on my Fear, my Word and my Proof and I cannot have that so I am involving the FBI and All State and National Agencies I can and I am going to present my case through an attorney.

This Government IP Sits on my Site Every Single Day, I have those Stats after Stats, Day after Day. This Government IP is the Jimmy Boston email I posted awhile back, and the local Justice of the Peace has that information, I have not yet discussed this on my Blog Network. I intend to get my story out there.

Last Week, Stormy Langston Local Justice of the Peace Would not Let Me Testify on behalf of Paul Stramer though my email was extremely threatening and included hatred for and to Paul Stramer. I offered proof of who this email came from. Stormy Langston gave me a Restraining Order to fill out but said I could put no name as I did not know for sure who it was from.

Judge Stormy Langston told me she knew it was most likely that person, but she would still not let me put his name on a restraining order based on my word and based on my fear. But she gave this same man a restraining order against Paul Stramer based on his word and NO PROOF.

I have not written about any of this, though I do have an attorney and do intend to press Criminal Charges if I can. I have not written about it because I felt that first day that Stormy Langston was sincere in her words that “this is not ok” but still I can have no restraining order.

Now this Man does not live here, and YET can get a restraining order on a Eureka Resident. The Judge heard him say he is moving back here FULL time, he is now only here on the weekends. She knows the HUGE risk in all this and still no Permenant Protective Order, I simply cannot write his name on it with stacks of proof, yet she goes on his word alone with NO PROOF.

Now if you look at my site, or in Stormy’s file That I gave her you will see an email from a Jimmy Boston, this email calls me a Coward Same as the Death Threat Email. It touches on Officer Cavoretta same as the Death Threat and touches on my personal life same as the Death Threat. You Can See My Concern.

I was pretty convinced as of last Friday that Neil Duram was Talking with the Guy at the University of Montana , and that together they had both sent me hate mail and put my life in danger. Today I am assured that Neil Duram is not that kind of guy, the kind that would threaten to permanently put me down. Today I am told that Neil Duram is a kind man and that he would no way ever do anything even closely related to this as the person who told me has known him for decades apparently.

At first I believed it may be Neil Duram because I know his family has been friends with the family of That Guy, for at least 16 years and most likely longer.

So I am left with Who ever has access to Stormy Langston, the Mayor or other local official computers networked in with the State of Montana . So really it could be anyone in the Cop Shop Downtown or the Justice of the Peace office that is Coherting with the Person who threatened to Kill me.

He knows that Stormy Langston will do nothing, though it sure seemed that she really was concerned about the Death Threat Email I got, still I cannot testify about it, I cannot get a restraining order in his name. So I am left in a Grave Situation and my only option is the FBI, the Attorney and Getting this Story Told.

I am being forced to present my proof to the masses for those paid to protect me will not simply because I exercise the Right of Freedom Of Speech.

What I personally witnessed in being asked to testify on behalf of Paul Stramer is Shocking and the People have a right to know.


I will be presenting my Case to the highest courts and to the people, with a tight paper trail, and I am hoping that you are on board with helping me find who wants to permanently put me down, and if your not then your Non-Reply will surfice as your statement of such.

I am sure you will tell ALL the local cops this, and that is fine, because from the information I am getting this Hate Mail is most like from one of them unless it is from the Mayor or From Stormy Langston and I really believe that Stormy Langston is simply caught in a Political Firestorm and Really would like to Protect Me.

I have a Paper Trail, I have Stats, I have Real Fear, Real Concern and a Real Provable threat and yet cannot have a Restraining order against this man, by name.

Someones blood will be on your hands, and I hope to GOD it is not mine, as you let this happen to me because I am opinionated, because I blog.

I will be forced to Post the Email, to Present my case, my Stats to the Public, to the FBI and to get help outside of the Local and Seemingly Corrupt Justice System.

That in which does not incriminate the innocent of course, will soon be posted, I have no choice but to have a record of the Protection I am Refused. This man is dangerous, Stormy Knows it and Still I can put no Name on the Restraining order nor testify to how dangerous he is while she gives the WRONG man a Protective Order.

I hope that when Stormy Langston is not using her Government Computer that is said to be on the same system as the Montana Supreme Court, that she has this system is indeed, Password protected at least.. other wise any cop, office staff, dispatch, highway patrol or cleaning company access that Computer that is linked in with the Montana Supreme Court System?

This is not a Story currently on my HUGE Montana News by the People for the People News Network, I am not talking about it except with the FBI, my Attorney, and the State of Montana, I know after this email many of you will Chat, Gossip and Tell everyone you know about all this, oh well.. how can it get much worse.

Lincoln County North Annex Building in the Justice Court Eureka Montana.. all have a MT.gov Email, so they must all connect to the Mitchell Building IP Address.

The Late hours, and VERY early mornings of the Stats lead me to believe it is a Cop, a Highway Patrol or a Dispatch.. because judges, and other day job folks have gone home, unless their home computers also link to the MT Gov site.

Whatever cop or dispatch was working at 6:30 Am this morning Googled “sandptcpl” - which is one more stat to lead me to believe it is out of a Laptop in a Car, a Home Connection to a Government IP or the Cop Shop and not coming out of the Justice Court Building, the hours don't add up right.. I have attached some stats for you, I have a LOT more.

Who Would Search his own name over and over but the owner of the name, who would search the local judge the day after his court date, who would be there all day every week day expect their court date with that judge. I have proof again and again and no PERMANENT protective Order. He searchers his name and Paul Stramer.. I Know who he is and I am Not Given Protection, Why?

This is a Hate Crime, with Google and Yahoo involved it is a Federal Crime, I am being terrorized and I am NOT being Heard. I intend to Tell My Senators, Tell Congress, tell the FBI, tell DHS, and all Advocate Groups around the World what is being denied to me.

This Sent in August, and NO ONE helped me, and I did not get a Protective Order So I went to a District Judge in Hamilton to get one and was Denied based on Several Laws.  2 Weeks Later Judge Robin Clute Gave Sean Boushie a Temporary Order of Protection, 2 weeks after that she made it Final for a Year - NOT based in any Proof, not Based in Law... simply based in Corruption...

Judge Robin Clute Protects Criminals, Violates Victims, Denies Due Process and Promotes Montana Hate Crimes.. Flat OUT...

All of this Signed to, Swore to By Sean Boushie.  He went over all this in HIS hearing, I had a clear Truthful Defense for each Lie, Exaggeration and Falsehood.  Judge Robin Clute let Sean Boushie talk for 45 minutes, and she said that I would have a chance to defend, to submit evidence but clearly her  decision was previously decided for she gave me NO DEFENSE.

Even accused me of sending the Death Threat to myself, attacked me on the web stats of MINE that he used to say I was stalking him... Judge Robin Clute staged this and had it all planned before this day, she had given his ordre perviously based on all in his HUGE protective order request (which in my opinion was not written by him but he had corrupt law enforcement help him - it was to ridiculous and elaborate).  Anyway, she had not even read the information and admitted it in court and read the information in front of me.

Above I have posted this Protective Order ALLOWD by Judge Robin Clute and served to me by Officer Maury McKinney after He knew FULL well that Sean Boushie had access to the Email that Send me a Death Threat, Officer McKinney will be Sued, and I will attempt to press Criminal Charges for endangering my life though NO ONE IS LISTENING, instead it is ALL hands on deck to protect the Criminal and to Further Victimize the Real Victim.

After the Corrupt Cruel Hearing, my Protective Order simply Said Stay away from him, which I had NEVER a reason to go near him, but he can Legally Walk right Up to Me... and this order Said I cannot post Electronically about Sean Boushie or his wife... thing is I had NEVER said anything about his wife EVER... and after this Sean Posted Constantly about me, send me emails, Searched my Sites with Harassing Threatening Keywords Searches and OTHER internet Stuff the courts PRETEND to simply NOT understand.. After this he has hate groups, hate sits and encourages other sto hate me .. ALL Day at his FULL TIME job paid to Hate a Montana Lesbian By the University of Montana who was made away in later Summer of 2009 of this Hate Crime and they "Investigated" and found nothing.. what a Pack of Lies that is.. a University Tech Dept.  ... surely they get this Internet "thing"....

He admits in this to Getting the Stephen Mocko EMAIL... it was SENT to CrystalCoxIsABitch@Yahoo.com  (which any judge or honest county attorney, sheriff or cop could get the identity of in minutes unless they have reason to hide the TRUTH)  anyway.. THIS proves without a doubt he Sent the Horrible, Vile, Lewd, Degrading, Defaming Death Threat and posted those same remarks on his hate blog last summer and a Real Estate Review site... (again a NON Corrupt Judge, County Attorney or Law Officer could get these records from google or yahoo in a very short order... they never even tried)

In the Above Sean Boushie WANTS the Court to Make me REMOVE all "sandptcl" and "University of Montana Stalker" from my blogs and sites.  Does this NOT tell the Courts that this is Him, why would he DEMAND I remove those words if they were unrelated to him.  And by the way.. I proved for months and months at that time my "University of Montana Stalker" searched the name Sean Boushie ALL day everyday.. who would do that..   Judge Clute would not listen to ANY of my REAL PROOF, I broke down, I cried REAL tears, showed and felt real fear and SHE protected this Evil Man to continue threatened to Kill Me, Ruin me, burn me and getting others to join... Judge Robin Clute WILL be sued for endangering my life, participating in a Hate Crime, Stripping me of my Civil Rights, my Human Righs and Allowing this MONSTER to continue his rage for going past 7 months SOLID now...  no remorse.. no letting up and posting on blogs that others get a Protective Order against me so they can do the same thing..

Who or what is "sandptcl" that Sean Boushie is in such a Rage about? 

If "sandptcl" has NOTHING to do with Sean Boushie then why care that it is on my site... and why obsessively search it on PAID time at the U of M in Missoula Montana.. I have all these Stats, the U of M has seen them .. Montana Judges and Cops have seen them and Still he continues to RAGE, to Hate, to Threaten to Harass... paid for by the University of Montana and Supported and Encourged by Montana Corruption.

Well "sandptcl" is the Author of a hate blog about me last summer, this hate blog talked about the same stuff, verbatum as my Death Threat and included disturbing defamation on my Real Estate Company and Paul Stramer.    It was important to Prove this identity for my Defamation Lawsuit against Sean and to Prove who sent my death threat with actual internet IP and other technical Proof...

So I saved copies of the blog, which he dropped right after Judge Stormy Langston asked him if it was his.. Anyway, I do get this Internet Thing so I googled ... "sandptcl" in quotes of course, and I came up with these Hook Up Sites where people talk about sex, and talk about meeting for sex.  I contacted the company and they said no problem we take this stuff serious, have your attorney fax us the docket number of the case and we will get the identity of that person to them right away..

my Attorney NEVER did.. though paid a Thousand Dollar Retainer to do so... she was somehow stopped and NEVER did do anything to help me .. only took more and more of my money when I asked if she was going to.. it would have taken 5 minutes to Supeona the Sex Site, Google, Yahoo.. and the Case would have been over.. oh but wait if we do that then we will have to admit that Paul Stramers Protective order was unjust and Illegal so let's just ignore the Screams for Help from this Woman and Let Sean Boushie KEEP attacking her so we don't have to admit what we did to set up Paul Stramer, which had NOTHING TO DO WITH ME...

Why Does Sean Boushie Hate me Crystal L. Cox with Such an Unstoppable Rage?

Sean Boushie makes it his full time job hating me, he reads my every site, typed in harassing - threatening keyword searches he knows I have to see and he networks other people to hate me Crystal Cox.  This paid for by the University of Montana and ignored by the Missoula Police, Hamilton Police, Eureka Police, Libby Sheriff, County Attorney, Judge Stormy Langston,Judge Robin Clute, Judge Hayne Hamilton, Ravalli County, Lincoln County, Missoula County, the FBI and more.

Why they are ignoring this extreme Hate Crime against a Montana Woman, a Montana Lesbian - is something I will never understand.  It seems that Law Enforcment and the Judicial System in Montana has decided the best approach to Sean Boushie Stalking Me, harassing me on my web sites all day, contacting other people that might hate me for my lifestyle or my blogs and encouraging them to burn me at the stake, to chain me, to set me up and then telling them to Call Bernie Cassidy - Lincoln County Attorney to Complain About me - Complain about What?  I have no Idea, Either my Blogs are Illegal or NOT - if not why Do those in Law Enforcment in Lincoln and Ravalli County Montana support, condone, encourage and even protect Sean Boushie to harass me, threaten to kill me, attack me online and to for Hate Groups agains a protect class.  Ravalli County and Lincoln County are riddled with corruption and evil.  It make no sense and is not based in law what so ever.

This has been Going on, FULL TIME.. Since August of 2009 (Keep in Mind the Corrupt Hamilton Montana Justice of the Peace Robin Clute gave Sean Boushie a Protective Order against me, meanwhile he is allowed to stalk, threaten and attack me Every Single Day)

So Anyway, Though Judges and Law Enforcement and the Liincoln County Attorney as well as Eureka Cops .. well they back Sean Boushie and they stand behind his claims that he did not send the Death Threat with all that Rage and Hate, not only about me but also about Paul Stramer - had they aknowledged that - they would have never been able to give Sean Boushie and Illegal, Immoral Protective Order Against Paul Stramer with NO Merit, No Base in Truth or Fact at all. 

Lincoln County Corrupt Courts simply Gave this Protective Order to Hide their Corruption, to Discredit Paul Stramer because they thought he was behind the Sheriff Recall and they thought they could STOP the Recall of a Montana Sheriff if they Discredited and Set up what they deemed as the two loudest voices - Myself and Paul Stramer, whom until this Death Threat of August 2009, Paul Stramer and Crystal Cox had NEVER had a conversation alone.  This death threat was so alarming and talked about this Paul Stramer guy, so I called him up and shared it with him for his own safety. 

After this Paul's attorney called me to testify about this Death Threat Letter from Sean Boushie that mentioned Paul Stramer.  Judge Stormy Langston denied this request though I had proof that Sean Boushie was the Aggressor against Paul Stramer and not the Other way around but if they let me bring in that Proof they would not have been able to issue that Protective Order based on Lies of Events that never happened and based simply on Sean Boushie saying that he was afraid of Paul Stramer, though this was August and the incident he made up was in April, why did he wait so long?  Well The Corrupt Courts put him up to it to Set Paul Stramer up, period.

Ok So Why Does Sean Boushie HATE me so Much?

Well truly, honestly I have no Idea.  I have never spoke to Sean Boushie, I don't know the man and have no idea why he is Deathly Afraid of me, yet has threatened to Kill me and harasses me Daily.  I have never done anything to threaten him or to make him fear me in ANY way at all.

In the Summer of 2009 I wrote about a Sheriff Recall out of Lincoln County Montana on my blogs, to me this was about Rapes not Prosecuted and the Brutal Beating of a Dog left to die and this Recall was originated by a Conversation between myself and another Eureka Resident, it had no Origination with Paul Stramer and Certainly had NOTHING to do with Sean Boushie.

So when the article about the Recall would come out in the Daily Interlake or Eureka Paper, I would post my comments, opinions about it on my blog.  The Daily Interlak saw alot of name calling and mud slinging our way in the comment section, for people do call each other names - these things happen.  Sean Boushie was not involved in that as far as I know.  The point is there was name calling, not hate or profanity just name calling...

So one Day Sean Boushie wrote a letter to the Editor in the Daily Interlake, he said not to sign the recall and seemed to make it all about Paul Stramer and he quoted non-factual information on concealed carry laws, many were upset about this letter to the editor.  I wrote a post and I Called Sean Boushie a Coward and an Idiot,( I am sure we have all been called much worse in our life and GOT no protective order)... anyway.. I talked about the Recall having to do with rapes and crime and not being about Paul Stramer, and talked about his mis-information on concealed carry permits.  This angered Him, he sent me a Cease and Desist ... not from an attorney but from him self "Sean M. Boushie" Stevensville Montana. 

Also a bit of Background, I also said his Father was a Pervert, again FACT not even opinion on this one, I lived down the road from him and he came over and took off his shirt and was lude and crude and hitting on us time after time, I lived in more then one house on that road and he did that the woman around me at both residences and hit on me, at that time in my early 20's.  I have also had previous Judges in Eureka tell me he was in their court for lude behavior against young woman.  So even though Sean's father did this we still felt sorry for him, so we housed his horse, and helped him out when we could.

One day we had sold a property up near his place, and we were up helping the buyers clear up old trash piles, and remove an old trailer, Sean's father comes up on a four wheeler and takes the buyers aside and tells them about us being Lesbians, and how bad of people we are ... though we had done nothing to him ubt help him and put up with his constant perverted visits (Fact).  So after this we asked Sean's father to stay off our property and to not come around us, this was perfectly justified.

Ok, this was about 10 years ago or so... at time Sean sends a Hate filled Cease and Desist and tells us to Stay off his Fathers Road, though others lived on it... and he said all kinds of nasty things .. and said woman like us, with our lifestyle cannot afford to lose friends and other hateful remarks, he gave an address to respond to and so we did in great detail of what had happened... this letter came back un-opened, he never let us respond though he told us to respond and where to respond to.

So a letter to the editor, Seans Opinion, and I issue my Own Opinion and now headed toward a full year of Hate, as Lincoln County Courts saw a Guy they could Make King and they could use to Attack 2 People they Desperately needed to Discredit, Paul Stramer And Crystal Cox - unrelated parties both standing for victims - both seemingly in support of the recall and BOTH hated by this Sean Boushie Guy for totally unrelated reasons.  So they had their guy, they lied for him, covered up for him, put him up to more hate and illegal behavior, one cop (jimmy boston) even joined him in the hate, then they got Judge Robin Clute out of Hamilton Montana to join in their Montana Corruption and innocent Victim Smackdown.

And now to this Day Sean Boushie makes it his daily job to ruin me, to hate me, to threaten to burn me at the stake, attack me, jail me, chain me... and solicits other lesbian haters, woman haters, Crystal Cox Haters and all this in his name in broad daylight protected by the Cruel Protective Order from the Corrupt Court of Judge Robin Clute in Hamilton Montana, with no regard for Victims Rights What So ever. 

So why does Sean Hate me, Well I guess I will never Truly know, maybe he had a crush on me 20 years ago, that is what some say.  At anyrate his HATE for me is not justified in any way and I have NEVER threatened him in any way, regardless of the Set up and Lies that Judge Robin Clute perpetrated.
So When I go to My Criminal Court Trial over all this..
As I am FORCED to violate my Illegal Protective Order to save my LIFE...

What Kind of Documents did I provide and do I have: 

Well I have 7 months of Web Stats of my Stalker on Paid University of Montana Hating me - watching me and networking with anyone I do a Story on if he can, I have recordings of Officer McKinney at My Door talking about the call he got from Sean Boushie about the email Sean Complained about from Stephen Mocko that WAS not sent to Sean but to the Email that sent me the Death Threat so this PROVED one hundred percent without a doubt that Sean checked that email and filed that complaint of which Local Law will NOT give me or Stephen Mocko - however I have a recording that it exists not only from Officer Maury Mckinny Serving me the Judge Clute Protective Order but also of the night I first heard of this email and called and Spoke with Officer Grey in Eureka Montana and asked him what I should do.

I have a Recording of Both Corrupt Hearings for Protective Orders, I have Documents of Hate Blogs Sean Boushie had in the Summer of 2009 against me and Paul Stramer, I have a Real Estate Site Printed, not mine where Sean used the same words as on my hate site and wrote a defaming, Lying Review of my Real Estate Company and spoke of this Paul Stramer person in which he also hated, that had NOTHING to do with me.

I also have Craigs list postings saved where Sean Boushie solicited Hate Group Joiners... I suspect that all of this is from work at the U of M, and EASY Craigs list Supeona would uncover that but Corrupt Montana Law Enforcement and Courts REFUSE because if they FINALLY admit to the TRUTH about the Violent Rage on Me they have allowed well then they are Liable and they Refuse to do that, even with my Life, my Friends, my Family and my Livlihood on the Front Lines of it for 7 months and Counting.

I have other Craigs list hate by Sean Boushie saved, I have emails from Sean Boushie in his name ordering me to remove content from my site and saying he won't STOP until I do... STOP what.. this admits AGAIN to what he is Deliberatley doing to Terrorize me, this came in Jan. of 2010, I will post it here.

I Have a welcome email from Sean Boushie to Stephen Lamont, same email as the Cease and Desist he sent me and this from New York welcoming him to the hate group, as Stephen Lamont sent it out looking for other haters.  Sean has created a mass Lesbian Hatred for me, hatred for my WORK which is NOT illegal in ANY way... it is news blogs.. like a newspaper... and YET these Corrupt Montana Courts let this attack continue, all under the umbrella of a Protective Order.

I have Hate Sites, Comments he posted in his name and Continued proof of defamation and RAGE and He is Still hiding his Hate Crime, his Montana Law Violations behind a Corrupt, Illegal, UnEthical ... Protective Order..

I have connections, documents, stats, recordings and Someday, SOME Smart Savvy Investigator who does get this Internet Thing as Officer McKinney said at my door that he and Lincoln County Attorney Bernie Cassidy just did not get it... well some folks do and this STUFF is PROVEN and Obvious in any Court ROOM in the World that is NOT Corrupt SHOULD one ever Surface, meanwhile as Justice Denies me I have to violate my Protective Order against me to PROTECT MY OWN LIFE and Business... and those Associated with me who are also under attack and therefore suffering financially...

Justice of the Peace Stormy Langston - Who Does She Answer to Blatantly in Attack of Montana Victims Rights.

When I first got my Death Threat I took it to Judge Stormy Langston, (August 6th 2008) this was at the Town Of Eureka City Court as she is the Judge for the City and the JP in Eureka Montana.  She Read the Death Threat, and she Said this is Not Good, this is Very Wrong, I am going to Give you an Order of Protection.  I told her why I felt it was Sean and she said yes I agree it is definatley Sean.

This was Way BEFORE Paul Stramer's Hearing for the Corrupt Protective Order given to Sean Boushie against him - that I was asked to Testify at about Sean's Death Threat to Me that Included Horrible things about Paul Stramer but that was NOT admitted and Paul was given that Restraining order for NOE real REASON...

Side note here...  Judge Robin Clute allowed Sean Boushie to Lie and Say that I was retaliated against him for Paul Stramer's Restraining Order.  First of all I have no idea what I did to even show any sign of that, as my comment on his letter the editor that pissed him off was way before that hearing.  Sean Boushie lied in 2 Montana Courts, Lied Under Oath, Signed Lies and they gave him a Protective order against me when I had the TRUTH - the Real Prove and ways of finding more - if only the Corruption would STOP long enough to uncover the TRUTH... that to this Day has NOT been ALLOWED. 

Anyway... Judge Stormy Langston handed me the protective order paperwork she said she would give the order of protection and that this was not right.  I was to take the paperwork home, fill it out and bring it back the next day.  I went home feeling that she really heard me.

That day I called the local Association of Realtors and asked for a letter stating that I was in Good Standing when I quit.  I got that later, it said that I was in Good Standing and Had no Complaints and quit on my own free will.  This was important as the Great Realty site, and the Death Threat talked about this and was proven Defamation for My Proven Defamation Lawsuit against Sean Boushie as he said I was Fired and had many Complaints AND well my Current Career is based on the fact that I QUIT the National Association of Realtors Proudly because they are in No Way Protecting the Real Estate Consumer.

So with these 2 things I had an open and shut case of Defamation, problem was the corruption in Libby Montana Courts well they Stalled and Shut that down to Protect Sean Boushie - though he really was the one really breaking the Law, Committing the Crimes.

Now that first Day Judge Stormy Langston believe me, she was compassionate She heard me.  I then brought her stats and more proof and She Denied my Protective Order, she said she did not have enough proof.  Why the Change?  Well my Guess is Sheriff Anderson and the Corrupt Libby Courts told her she had better not give me a protective order because it would foil their attack on Paul Stramer and ruin their plan to discredit Paul Stramer, Me - Crystal L. Cox and thus DisCredit the Real Actual Merits and facts of a Recall For a Montana Sheriff.. .

Anyway Judge Stormy Langston DENIED me this right until I told her much MUCH later that Judge Robin Clute Gave one Against me.. so then I think she was shocked, she called me from her home, as that is where I had called her... She gave me an order... did not last long.. more on that Corruption Later...

Note Here, I asked that an Officer Be Present, she Said no, I said well he has a Concealled carry and has threatend to use a gun on me, she said no guns are allowed I Said Do you search people.. you did not search me.. She said no we don't.. ok Day of the Hearing she did have an Officer there - Steve Short - and she WORE a bullet proof VEST... no protection really for me.. no officer between us..

Also note that at MY Protective Order Hearing, ME being the VICTIM here... They laid out the Red Carpet for him, the Criminal - the Aggressor...they gave him water did not Offer me ANY.. they treated him like a King, Bonita Cook - Clerk dotted over him, Ron Duram came to Support him ( his Wife Runs the Town of Eureka and his Son is a Local Highway Patrol - they have been friends with the Boushie family for a long time and to this Day still believe Sean's Flat Out LIES...) he was given the Royal Treatment..

So the Day in Judge Stormy Langston' Court.

Sean Boushie lied over and Over in Judge Stormy Langston's Court. 

He claimed he did not send the Death Threat Email, when in FACT he did.  He claimed he does nothing online and had no blogs when he did have blogs, and facebook and lots of posts on making guns - he legally lied over and over.  He Fiercly defended the Stance that he was not on my blogs all day everyday WHEN the Proof of Stats was RIGHT THERE... he said I hacked into the University of Montana system and they were not happy about it, they were looking into it.... BULL... he created those stats and still DOES to this DAY.. and No Once does a Damn thing about it.. meanwhile the University of Montana PAYS hime to Do it...

Then at the end of this Proceeding the Judge says well you cannot be on those sites 7 or 8 hours a day, he says ok but can I have at least two hours because we have ongoing investigations (WE?) and I need to watch what she says.. so Judge Stormy Langston  said ok 2 hours... so there it was Admited he was doing it.. yet still Lying... ( I have this RECOREDED... I have THAT RIGHT)  So back to work next day at University of Montana - Job Description - All day EVERY Single Day.. reading my blogs, sending me harassing Keyword Stats, and sometimes even emailing me... oh an also posting hate about me on Craigs list, posting Ads for Haters to Join him and sending emails to welcome NEW Members to the Hate Group... I will Post one of those on this Blog..

Anyone of these judges could have Supeoned Google, Yahoo, the Hook Up Sites, Great Realty USA at anytime and proved any of this to their satisfaction - to this day they Refuse.. .meanwhile STRONGER more foul - rageful hate sites continue and THEY protect him behind a Restraining Order.    I can no longer sit in Silence, I do have Rights and I must Speak out... if their Corruption puts me the REAL VICTIM here in Jail for it then there is NOTHING I can do.  I cannot Make Law Enforcement, Judges or A County Attorney actually Obey the Law or adhere to the Constitution in any way....
I proved all this last summer, I posted the stats, the proof, it all lay there but they Needed Sean Boushie so bad that they made me Collateral Damage in Order To Discredit Paul Stramer.  And Well I am NOT going to Take it ANYMORE... I have BROKE no laws, I have not Lied, I have done nothing Illegal or Wrong and this Evil Protect Order has Created a Hate Filled Monster and I have to FIGHT BACK.

So .. Why would Stormy Langston allow this Blatant, Obvious Illegal Attack on me a Native of Lincoln County, and Innocent Woman? Well Judge Stormy Langston is part of the Montana Judical Mafai that keeps victims Illegally in there place in order to hide the Corruption of County Attorneys, Corrupt Cops, Corrupt Law Enforcement, Corrupt Detectives, Set UPs, Cops and Law Enforcement Dealing Drugs, Cops and Sexual Deviance, And District Court Corruption. 

Judge Stormy Langston has a heart, she is a smart woman - I saw it in her eyes and I truly do believe she was somehow forced to throw me under the bus and I do not so much blame her as she must have had to answer to someone else. 

But Surely Judge Stormy Langston can see what this has led to and surely Judge Stormy Langston will obey the law and tell the Truth when all this goes to higher and higher US Courts.  We shall see as Soon I will be in jail, and soon this Court Battle will unfold like no other Court Battle Montana has ever seen...
