Well One of the many things Sean Boushie did over the Last YEAR to attack, harass and defame ME protected by Judge Robin Clute - Corrupt Justice of the Peace in Hamilton Montana.. was to Subscribe to All my YouTube Channels in his Name so that I could see he was watching and this way my health business, real estate and news marketing business would be under constant STRAIN and harassment with the Supervision of Sean Boushie paid by the University of Montana to Stalk, Harass and Defame Me.

Also during this Year Sean Subscribed to all my YouTube Channels for my business, he tried to get me a violation of the corrupt protective order for writing on my University of Montana Stalker - Well I Do have a University of Montana Stalker FOR A YEAR NOW.. and so why would he demand I not talk of this stalker or try and say it violated his protective order if it was not him?  Makes no Sense.

And the Dumb Shit Detectives in Lincoln County.. gee can't figure it out.. Accusing me of Buying Off a Judge? Why?

Well Judge Stormy Langston in Eureka Montana, was the first to see my Death Threat within the Montana Judicial System. She was at the Town of Eureka as the City Judge that Day, she agreed it was Sean Boushie and Said she would definately give me a protectiive order, she said fill out the paperwork and come back and see her the next day.

So I Did

When I Returned it she said, well you can't prove it was him so I can't give you the paperwork, I told her how to contact google and how to easily prove it, she refused..

So about a Month passed, During this time I tried to get help from many you see the stories of that on this blog..  I was Denied protection by all on this Blog and even a District Court Judge, Judge Hayne in Hamilton Montana.  Then out of No where I was served a Protective Order, he had got the Corrupt Judge Robin Clute out of Hamilton Montana to Give him an Illegal Protective Order.  Once this happened I called Stormy Langston at her home and begged her to make it mutual, she then did that next Monday. 

During her Court Proceeding Sean Boushie lied again and again and proved nothing, he brouth my stats as proof of his innocence, he begged to still look at my blogs every day.. It was MY HEARING and the Corrupt County Clerks gave him water and treated him like a king as did Ron Duram who is the Father of Neil Durham local Highway Patrol who is good friends with the Boushie Family and Mary Duram who runs the Town of Eureka... I was the VICTIM and proved it and the all came in in support of the Criminal..

So Stormy Gave the Order.. and Well After Judge Robin Clutes Corrupt Court - I was in Desperate Fear of My Life and I Left Town, I took a job in another state, during this Time I Found out MUCH - MUCH later, Sean Boushie had got the Corrupt Judge Michael Prezeau to over turn Stormy Langstons Feeble 3 Month Protective Order.  I was NOT served, Did not Know of the Court Proceedings and was OUT of State when The Corrupt Judge Prezeau put my life in Danger WITHOUT my KNOWLEDGE.

Meanwhile he GOT a Years protection where I was not to blog on him, talk to police or come any where near him as he SAID he was in Fear of His life.

Yet I had never spoke to the Man, so the Fear was a Lie.  Just like the LIES he told to the CORRUPT Judge Stormy Langston to get a Protective Order Against Paul Stramer in Lincoln County though he lived in Ravalli County - he lied about guns flashing at Rendezvous - lied about moving back to Eureka though he no intention to and STORMY Langston would not let me testify on Paul's behalf though I could proof Sean was the Dangerous one. So why Protect Sean Boushie? Well to Shut Me Up, Cover the Ass of the Corrupt Law Enforcement and Silence Paul Stramer.

I Have kept this diary to protect myself as I thought I would have to release it during my Order as his threat and defamation had spread to others and I feared their livlihood, real estate sales and safety.  So I kept this journal that you are Now able to See in Full.

Sean Boushie has hate blogs, threatens me, emails me and is on my Blogs all day every day for over a year now and I am not allowed to defend myself in anyway.  Judge Robin Clute even told me I could not talk to any cop about it... I recorded all of this for My Protection.

I had tons of proof.. real proof.. web stats and She sided with him.. and gave him a protective order and NOT a mutual order thereby encouraging him to keep coming for me.. and harassing others .. thinking I was "working with" them on something against him.. which I never WAS...

I have a letter, a legal statment from the Board of Realtors and that is not true and is defamation.  A good attorney could take Sean Boushies 20 acres and home, and could make all on this blog Liable for what has been done to me for a year now.. and why?  I have not wrote on Sean Boushie since last summer and that was simply defending the Recall for Sheriff and posting a rebuttal to a letter to the Editor.. Yet this man has threatened to kill me over and over since last August and the Corrupt Judges back him up.. why?

Sean Boushie continues to blame me for his issue with his Father in Law Paul Stramer, whom I have nothing to do with.  Paul Stramer and I have spoke a few times in person over all this, other then that, I have nothing to do with Paul Stramer - but Still Sean Boushie PAID for by the University of Montana attacks me constantly.. here is Todays Email Attack to Me Crystal L. Cox from Sean Boushie - though he has a Protective Order against me .. He still comes for Me and ALL Corrupt Law Enforcement in Montana Lets it continue to happen and does NOTHING.

In my case she had this 10 or 12 page long email that she said I somehow sent to her. She went on and on about how only I could know teh BS details of her life contained in that death threat....

Keep in mind... Ive never even spoken to this crazy woman, ever!

She did this for two reasons, one I had a letter to the editor published oposing their silly failed Sherrif recall, and two my wife and I assisted Sherriff Daryl Anderson in his legal justification in not issuing a concealed cary permit to Paul Stramer. You see.. my wife knows all of old man Stramer's dirty little secrets.

She was beaten repeadedly within an inch of her life as a child, neglected and abused by the worthless POS untill she packed up and walked out on her eighteenth birthday. We have been harassed by him ever since.

Enough of that, back to the real low life of this post, Crystal. Anyway, Cox, or stramer write this long email, she sends it to everyone, including me, my employer, my supervisor, and a ton of people who dont know me, telling everyone I wrote it.

Then she cons Stormy Langston, the corrupt local justice of teh peace into issuing her a restraining order against me. Well... Not going to work, because I already got a real judge to give me an order against Cox, which she has violated at least a half dozen times already.

Why did langston give Cox this order?? Well Cox and Turner had a site, stormylangston.com that they used to bash Stormy. the very day Stormy Langston screwed me with a frivilous restraining order the site magicly dissapeared... Hmmm.

I apealed the order to District court in Libby, the COWARD Cox couldnt even have the courage to show up at the hearing. we spoke to Judge Preazeau about the situation, and he literally laughed at Langston and giggled when I told him about Cox.

Oh and her big death threat.. Shes still walking. I do things legally.

SO More Threats to me, though I have done nothing illegal he keeps coming for me, and though Judge Stormy Langston gave him a Protective Order against Paul Stramer because he claimed Paul Stramer flashed a gun at him, well now he says Stormy Langston is corrupt, though she never defended me..
 
Yes I did have StormyLangston.com up for awhile, nothing to do with the "Turner" he talks about.. this was to do with a Mortgage beef that had, AGAIN nothing to do with Sean and was taken down surrounding that Mortgage case and was NOTHING to do with Sean Boushie.  The District Judge in Ravalli County, Judge Haynes, denied me a protective order against Sean Boushie based on Montana State law and yet Judge Robin Clute Gave Sean Boushie a protective order so he would have the right, which she gave him to Defame me, harass me, threaten me constantly ALL under the protection of Judge Robin Clute in Hamilton Montana. 

How can I not break my Protective order when this man is ruining my business, threatening me and claiming to never stop until he Stops me .. from What I don't know .. i guess he wants to Stop me from blogging, from doing what I do online and though it is none of his business he makes it his business.. protected by the Corrupt Montana Courts and Paid to Stalk me constantly from the HATE CRIME condoning University of Montana.  Sean Boushie continues to lie and defame me, accuse me of lying which I am not and have proof I am not.. and what I blog about is none of Sean Boushie or the University of Montana's concern yet they are on my sites all day every day and email all who I talk about to get them to join to attack me as well.. all ILLEGAL ...  all a HATE CRIME.. and Sean Boushie continues to attack me because of some beef he has with Paul Stramer, Sean Boushie's father in Law that has NOTHING to do With me..

Judge Robin Clute Protects Criminals, Violates Victims, Denies Due Process and Promotes Montana Hate Crimes.. Flat OUT...

All of this Signed to, Swore to By Sean Boushie.  He went over all this in HIS hearing, I had a clear Truthful Defense for each Lie, Exaggeration and Falsehood.  Judge Robin Clute let Sean Boushie talk for 45 minutes, and she said that I would have a chance to defend, to submit evidence but clearly her  decision was previously decided for she gave me NO DEFENSE.

Even accused me of sending the Death Threat to myself, attacked me on the web stats of MINE that he used to say I was stalking him... Judge Robin Clute staged this and had it all planned before this day, she had given his ordre perviously based on all in his HUGE protective order request (which in my opinion was not written by him but he had corrupt law enforcement help him - it was to ridiculous and elaborate).  Anyway, she had not even read the information and admitted it in court and read the information in front of me.

(again a NON Corrupt Judge, County Attorney or Law Officer could get these records from google or yahoo in a very short order... they never even tried)

my Attorney NEVER did.. though paid a Thousand Dollar Retainer to do so... she was somehow stopped and NEVER did do anything to help me .. only took more and more of my money when I asked if she was going to.. it would have taken 5 minutes to Supeona the Sex Site, Google, Yahoo.. and the Case would have been over.. oh but wait if we do that then we will have to admit that Paul Stramers Protective order was unjust and Illegal so let's just ignore the Screams for Help from this Woman and Let Sean Boushie KEEP attacking her so we don't have to admit what we did to set up Paul Stramer, which had NOTHING TO DO WITH ME...

Why Does Sean Boushie Hate me Crystal L. Cox with Such an Unstoppable Rage?

Sean Boushie makes it his full time job hating me, he reads my every site, typed in harassing - threatening keyword searches he knows I have to see and he networks other people to hate me Crystal Cox.  This paid for by the University of Montana and ignored by the Missoula Police, Hamilton Police, Eureka Police, Libby Sheriff, County Attorney, Judge Stormy Langston,Judge Robin Clute, Judge Hayne Hamilton, Ravalli County, Lincoln County, Missoula County, the FBI and more.

Why they are ignoring this extreme Hate Crime against a Montana Woman, a Montana Lesbian - is something I will never understand.  It seems that Law Enforcment and the Judicial System in Montana has decided the best approach to Sean Boushie Stalking Me, harassing me on my web sites all day, contacting other people that might hate me for my lifestyle or my blogs and encouraging them to burn me at the stake, to chain me, to set me up and then telling them to Call Bernie Cassidy - Lincoln County Attorney to Complain About me - Complain about What?  I have no Idea, Either my Blogs are Illegal or NOT - if not why Do those in Law Enforcment in Lincoln and Ravalli County Montana support, condone, encourage and even protect Sean Boushie to harass me, threaten to kill me, attack me online and to for Hate Groups agains a protect class.  Ravalli County and Lincoln County are riddled with corruption and evil.  It make no sense and is not based in law what so ever.

This has been Going on, FULL TIME.. Since August of 2009 (Keep in Mind the Corrupt Hamilton Montana Justice of the Peace Robin Clute gave Sean Boushie a Protective Order against me, meanwhile he is allowed to stalk, threaten and attack me Every Single Day)

So Anyway, Though Judges and Law Enforcement and the Liincoln County Attorney as well as Eureka Cops .. well they back Sean Boushie and they stand behind his claims that he did not send the Death Threat with all that Rage and Hate, not only about me but also about Paul Stramer - had they aknowledged that - they would have never been able to give Sean Boushie and Illegal, Immoral Protective Order Against Paul Stramer with NO Merit, No Base in Truth or Fact at all. 

Lincoln County Corrupt Courts simply Gave this Protective Order to Hide their Corruption, to Discredit Paul Stramer because they thought he was behind the Sheriff Recall and they thought they could STOP the Recall of a Montana Sheriff if they Discredited and Set up what they deemed as the two loudest voices - Myself and Paul Stramer, whom until this Death Threat of August 2009, Paul Stramer and Crystal Cox had NEVER had a conversation alone.  This death threat was so alarming and talked about this Paul Stramer guy, so I called him up and shared it with him for his own safety. 

After this Paul's attorney called me to testify about this Death Threat Letter from Sean Boushie that mentioned Paul Stramer.  Judge Stormy Langston denied this request though I had proof that Sean Boushie was the Aggressor against Paul Stramer and not the Other way around but if they let me bring in that Proof they would not have been able to issue that Protective Order based on Lies of Events that never happened and based simply on Sean Boushie saying that he was afraid of Paul Stramer, though this was August and the incident he made up was in April, why did he wait so long?  Well The Corrupt Courts put him up to it to Set Paul Stramer up, period.

Ok So Why Does Sean Boushie HATE me so Much?

Well truly, honestly I have no Idea.  I have never spoke to Sean Boushie, I don't know the man and have no idea why he is Deathly Afraid of me, yet has threatened to Kill me and harasses me Daily.  I have never done anything to threaten him or to make him fear me in ANY way at all.

In the Summer of 2009 I wrote about a Sheriff Recall out of Lincoln County Montana on my blogs, to me this was about Rapes not Prosecuted and the Brutal Beating of a Dog left to die and this Recall was originated by a Conversation between myself and another Eureka Resident, it had no Origination with Paul Stramer and Certainly had NOTHING to do with Sean Boushie.

So when the article about the Recall would come out in the Daily Interlake or Eureka Paper, I would post my comments, opinions about it on my blog.  The Daily Interlak saw alot of name calling and mud slinging our way in the comment section, for people do call each other names - these things happen.  Sean Boushie was not involved in that as far as I know.  The point is there was name calling, not hate or profanity just name calling...

So one Day Sean Boushie wrote a letter to the Editor in the Daily Interlake, he said not to sign the recall and seemed to make it all about Paul Stramer and he quoted non-factual information on concealed carry laws, many were upset about this letter to the editor.  I wrote a post and I Called Sean Boushie a Coward and an Idiot,( I am sure we have all been called much worse in our life and GOT no protective order)... anyway.. I talked about the Recall having to do with rapes and crime and not being about Paul Stramer, and talked about his mis-information on concealed carry permits.  This angered Him, he sent me a Cease and Desist ... not from an attorney but from him self "Sean M. Boushie" Stevensville Montana. 

Also a bit of Background, I also said his Father was a Pervert, again FACT not even opinion on this one, I lived down the road from him and he came over and took off his shirt and was lude and crude and hitting on us time after time, I lived in more then one house on that road and he did that the woman around me at both residences and hit on me, at that time in my early 20's.  I have also had previous Judges in Eureka tell me he was in their court for lude behavior against young woman.  So even though Sean's father did this we still felt sorry for him, so we housed his horse, and helped him out when we could.

One day we had sold a property up near his place, and we were up helping the buyers clear up old trash piles, and remove an old trailer, Sean's father comes up on a four wheeler and takes the buyers aside and tells them about us being Lesbians, and how bad of people we are ... though we had done nothing to him ubt help him and put up with his constant perverted visits (Fact).  So after this we asked Sean's father to stay off our property and to not come around us, this was perfectly justified.

Ok, this was about 10 years ago or so... at time Sean sends a Hate filled Cease and Desist and tells us to Stay off his Fathers Road, though others lived on it... and he said all kinds of nasty things .. and said woman like us, with our lifestyle cannot afford to lose friends and other hateful remarks, he gave an address to respond to and so we did in great detail of what had happened... this letter came back un-opened, he never let us respond though he told us to respond and where to respond to.

So a letter to the editor, Seans Opinion, and I issue my Own Opinion and now headed toward a full year of Hate, as Lincoln County Courts saw a Guy they could Make King and they could use to Attack 2 People they Desperately needed to Discredit, Paul Stramer And Crystal Cox - unrelated parties both standing for victims - both seemingly in support of the recall and BOTH hated by this Sean Boushie Guy for totally unrelated reasons.  So they had their guy, they lied for him, covered up for him, put him up to more hate and illegal behavior, one cop (jimmy boston) even joined him in the hate, then they got Judge Robin Clute out of Hamilton Montana to join in their Montana Corruption and innocent Victim Smackdown.

And now to this Day Sean Boushie makes it his daily job to ruin me, to hate me, to threaten to burn me at the stake, attack me, jail me, chain me... and solicits other lesbian haters, woman haters, Crystal Cox Haters and all this in his name in broad daylight protected by the Cruel Protective Order from the Corrupt Court of Judge Robin Clute in Hamilton Montana, with no regard for Victims Rights What So ever. 

So why does Sean Hate me, Well I guess I will never Truly know, maybe he had a crush on me 20 years ago, that is what some say.  At anyrate his HATE for me is not justified in any way and I have NEVER threatened him in any way, regardless of the Set up and Lies that Judge Robin Clute perpetrated.

Well I have 7 months of Web Stats of my Stalker on Paid University of Montana Hating me - watching me and networking with anyone I do a Story on if he can, I have recordings of Officer McKinney at My Door talking about the call he got from Sean Boushie about the email Sean Complained about from Stephen Mocko that WAS not sent to Sean but to the Email that sent me the Death Threat so this PROVED one hundred percent without a doubt that Sean checked that email and filed that complaint of which Local Law will NOT give me or Stephen Mocko - however I have a recording that it exists not only from Officer Maury Mckinny Serving me the Judge Clute Protective Order but also of the night I first heard of this email and called and Spoke with Officer Grey in Eureka Montana and asked him what I should do.

I have a Recording of Both Corrupt Hearings for Protective Orders, I have Documents of Hate Blogs Sean Boushie had in the Summer of 2009 against me and Paul Stramer, I have a Real Estate Site Printed, not mine where Sean used the same words as on my hate site and wrote a defaming, Lying Review of my Real Estate Company and spoke of this Paul Stramer person in which he also hated, that had NOTHING to do with me.

I suspect that all of this is from work at the U of M, and EASY Craigs list Supeona would uncover that but Corrupt Montana Law Enforcement and Courts REFUSE because if they FINALLY admit to the TRUTH about the Violent Rage on Me they have allowed well then they are Liable and they Refuse to do that, even with my Life, my Friends, my Family and my Livlihood on the Front Lines of it for 7 months and Counting.

I Have a welcome email from Sean Boushie to Stephen Lamont, same email as the Cease and Desist he sent me and this from New York welcoming him to the hate group, as Stephen Lamont sent it out looking for other haters.  Sean has created a mass Lesbian Hatred for me, hatred for my WORK which is NOT illegal in ANY way... it is news blogs.. like a newspaper... and YET these Corrupt Montana Courts let this attack continue, all under the umbrella of a Protective Order.

I have Hate Sites, Comments he posted in his name and Continued proof of defamation and RAGE and He is Still hiding his Hate Crime, his Montana Law Violations behind a Corrupt, Illegal, UnEthical ... Protective Order..

I have connections, documents, stats, recordings and Someday, SOME Smart Savvy Investigator who does get this Internet Thing as Officer McKinney said at my door that he and Lincoln County Attorney Bernie Cassidy just did not get it... well some folks do and this STUFF is PROVEN and Obvious in any Court ROOM in the World that is NOT Corrupt SHOULD one ever Surface, meanwhile as Justice Denies me I have to violate my Protective Order against me to PROTECT MY OWN LIFE and Business... and those Associated with me who are also under attack and therefore suffering financially...

Judge Robin Clute Told me that I could not Talk to Law Enforcement or the University of Montana...

Judge Robin Clute Told me that I could not Post about my University of Montana Stalker or I would Go to Jail.  So this allowed him to Continue on PAID University of Montana time to Stalk me and Harass me going on 7 months now - non-Stop.  

Judge Robin Clute told me I could not Post about Sean Boushie or talk about any of this Bad Stuff that happened to me or I would Go to Jail.  Judge Robin Clute told me I could not talk to Missoula Police, Eureka Police or anyone about Sean Boushie or she would throw me in Jail.

Judge Robin Clute has to be the Number One Woman Hater, Lesbian Hater in the State of Montana, as I cried in her court and was smacked down over and over, not allowed to present REAL solid Factual Proof, not allowed any Defense really at all and then Judge Robin Clute tried to give my Death Threat Stalker my Social Security Number ( who is Liable for That)? 

I do intend to Sue Ravalli County and all listed on this blog as I know there are Good Cops, Good FBI Agents, and Good Folks at the Department of Justice that do get this Internet Things and the FACT that just because an email says it is from me to me DOES not make it so, and they will be able to Supeona Craigs List, Yahoo, Google, and those Infamous "hook up" sites that lead back to the Hate Blog of Last Summer.  I can prove all of this.

Just Because Montana Corrupt Courts do not get this internet thing or pretend they don't to hide their corruption that does not mean that other Savvy Investigators in the World will be that Ignorant.

Anyway ..he makes it his Job to look at every new story I write on, as I am a blogger, and that is how I make a living... he reads my every word and then tries to find what he Calls Victims.. he contacts them looking for support and tries to get them to Call Judge Stormy Langston and County Attorney Bernie Cassidy and Complain about me - for What...  I am unsure - I guess blogging - anyway he tells people in every state and as far as the internet reaches to Call Judge Stormy Langston, he even posts her phone number on his hate site and he says call her to get a restraining order as that is how he STOPPED me from talking about him...

the U of M has Known, with proof for 7 months, they too will be EXPOSED and SUED as once I am arrested I will get a Criminal Attorney and I will Tell the WHOLE TRUTH and NOTHING but the WHOLE Truth. 

And the U of M along with everyone on this Blog has Condoned, Supported, Enabled and Encouraged an ongoing Hate Crime and Blatant Victim Attack while they Cover Up for Him and Protect his crimes as he escalates his Rage and Hate right at ME for NO REASON...

So are there any Standards of Practice, or Montana Laws that Apply to Who Can Get a Protective Order?

It seems to me that Montana Courts use Protective Orders to STOP the flow of information and the Transparency of Government and Law Enforcement Actions.  For I did nothing Illegal and Judge Stormy Langston of Lincoln County Denied My Rights based on my Fear alone, and Judge Robin Clute gave Sean Boushie a Protective order with tons of proof of the Crimes he had Committed and Seemingly based not only on that Fraud but on his Fear.  

Meanwhile 2 weeks before Judge Hayne - District Court Judge in Hamilton listed reasons of not being related, not a boyfriend and other reasons why he would NOT give me a Protective Order.  So are there any RULES to what warrants a Protective Order?  Are there in Laws in Montana what so ever that govern this, is anyone watching over Court Corruption at ALL.  I did NOTHING wrong, I proved that, Judge Robin Clute Violated my Rights.
Is Judge Robin Clute Above the Law, or was she in the Right and Judge Hayne Violated the Law... something is Very Wrong in Lincoln and Ravalli County Montana.  And the Rights of the Tax Paying Citizens has been Completely Stripped in every way.

If the Good Citizens speak out they are subject to Economic Terror - they are run out business or denied contracts.  And many get death threats or worse.

""40-15-301. Jurisdiction and venue. (1) District courts, justices' courts, municipal courts, and city courts have concurrent jurisdiction to hear and issue orders under 40-15-201.  


(2) When a dissolution of marriage or parenting action involving the parties is pending in district court, a person may file a petition for an order of protection in a justice's, municipal, or city court only if the district court judge assigned to that case is unavailable or if the petitioner, to escape further abuse, left the county where the abuse occurred.

The petitioner shall provide a copy of relevant district court documents to the justice's, municipal, or city court, along with the petition. The justice of the peace, municipal court judge, or city court judge shall immediately certify the pleadings to the original district court after signing an order of protection under this subsection. The district court shall conduct the hearing unless both parties and both courts agree that the hearing may be conducted in the court of limited jurisdiction.

If the district court is unable to conduct a hearing within 20 days of receipt of the certified pleadings, it shall conduct a hearing within 45 days of the receipt of the pleadings, unless the hearing is continued at the request of either party for good cause or by the court. If the hearing is continued, the order of protection must remain in effect until the court conducts the hearing.

(3) If one of the parties to an order of protection files for dissolution of marriage or files a parenting action after the order of protection is filed but before the hearing is conducted, the hearing must be conducted in the court in which the order of protection was filed. Either party may appeal or remove the matter to the district court prior to or after the hearing.

If the district court is unable to conduct a hearing within 20 days of receipt of the certified pleadings, the district court shall conduct a hearing within 45 days of receipt of the pleadings. The hearing may be continued at the request of either party for good cause or by the court. If the hearing is continued, the order of protection must remain in effect until the court conducts the hearing.

(4) An action brought under this chapter may be filed in the county where the petitioner currently or temporarily resides, the county where the respondent resides, or the county where the abuse occurred. There is no minimum length of residency required to file a petition under this chapter.

(5) The right to petition for relief may not be denied because the petitioner has vacated the residence or household to avoid abuse.

(6) An order of protection issued under this section is effective throughout the state. Courts and law enforcement officials shall give full faith and credit to all orders of protection issued within the state.

(7) A certified copy of an order of protection from another state, along with proof of service, may be filed in a Montana court with jurisdiction over orders of protection in the county where the petitioner resides. If properly filed in Montana, an order of protection issued in another state must be enforced in the same manner as an order of protection issued in Montana. ""

(a) the petitioner is in reasonable apprehension of bodily injury by the petitioner's partner or family member as defined in 45-5-206; or

(i) assault as defined in 45-5-201;

(ii) aggravated assault as defined in 45-5-202;

(iii) intimidation as defined in 45-5-203;

(iv) partner or family member assault as defined in 45-5-206;

(v) criminal endangerment as defined in 45-5-207;

(vi) negligent endangerment as defined in 45-5-208;

(vii) assault on a minor as defined in 45-5-212;

(viii) assault with a weapon as defined in 45-5-213;

(ix) unlawful restraint as defined in 45-5-301;

(x) kidnapping as defined in 45-5-302;

(xi) aggravated kidnapping as defined in 45-5-303; or

(xii) arson as defined in 45-6-103.

(2) The following individuals are eligible to file a petition for an order of protection against the offender regardless of the individual's relationship to the offender:

(a) a victim of assault as defined in 45-5-201, aggravated assault as defined in 45-5-202, assault on a minor as defined in 45-5-212, stalking as defined in 45-5-220, incest as defined in 45-5-507, sexual assault as defined in 45-5-502, or sexual intercourse without consent as defined in 45-5-503; or

(b) a partner or family member of a victim of deliberate homicide as defined in 45-5-102 or mitigated deliberate homicide as defined in 45-5-103.

(3) A parent, guardian ad litem, or other representative of the petitioner may file a petition for an order of protection on behalf of a minor petitioner against the petitioner's abuser. At its discretion, a court may appoint a guardian ad litem for a minor petitioner.

(4) A guardian must be appointed for a minor respondent when required by Rule 17(c), Montana Rules of Civil Procedure, or by 25-31-602. An order of protection is effective against a respondent regardless of the respondent's age.

(5) A petitioner is eligible for an order of protection whether or not:

(a) the petitioner reports the abuse to law enforcement;

(b) charges are filed; or

(c) the petitioner participates in a criminal prosecution.

(4) "Partner or family member assault" has the meaning provided in 45-5-206.

(5) "Sexual assault" means sexual assault as defined in 45-5-502, sexual intercourse without consent as defined in 45-5-503, incest as defined in 45-5-507, or sexual abuse of children as defined in 45-5-625.

(6) "Stalking" has the meaning provided in 45-5-220.

(7) "Victim" means an individual who has been a victim of partner or family member assault, sexual assault, or stalking or who is otherwise eligible to file a petition for an order of protection under 40-15-102.  ""


45-5-220. Stalking -- exemption -- penalty. (1) A person commits the offense of stalking if the person purposely or knowingly causes another person substantial emotional distress or reasonable apprehension of bodily injury or death by repeatedly:

(a) following the stalked person; or

(b) harassing, threatening, or intimidating the stalked person, in person or by mail, electronic communication, as defined in 45-8-213, or any other action, device, or method.

(2) This section does not apply to a constitutionally protected activity.

(3) For the first offense, a person convicted of stalking shall be imprisoned in the county jail for a term not to exceed 1 year or fined an amount not to exceed $1,000, or both. For a second or subsequent offense or for a first offense against a victim who was under the protection of a restraining order directed at the offender, the offender shall be imprisoned in the state prison for a term not to exceed 5 years or fined an amount not to exceed $10,000, or both. A person convicted of stalking may be sentenced to pay all medical, counseling, and other costs incurred by or on behalf of the victim as a result of the offense.

(4) Upon presentation of credible evidence of violation of this section, an order may be granted, as set forth in Title 40, chapter 15, restraining a person from engaging in the activity described in subsection (1).

(5) For the purpose of determining the number of convictions under this section, "conviction" means:

(a) a conviction, as defined in 45-2-101, in this state;

(b) a conviction for a violation of a statute similar to this section in another state; or

(c) a forfeiture of bail or collateral deposited to secure the defendant's appearance in court in this state or another state for a violation of a statute similar to this section, which forfeiture has not been vacated.

(6) Attempts by the accused person to contact or follow the stalked person after the accused person has been given actual notice that the stalked person does not want to be contacted or followed constitutes prima facie evidence that the accused person purposely or knowingly followed, harassed, threatened, or intimidated the stalked person.  ""


Judge Hayne is a District Judge in Hamilton, he wrote down and signed all the reasons WHY he would NOT allow me a Protective Order against Sean Boushie - yet 2 weeks later I was Served a Protected Order Against me for Sean Boushie. So which judge is in the Right, which Judge Broke Montana State Laws. Why the Double Standards, why the Set up against me, Why was I denied all Due Process and Severely Discriminated Against.

Judge Hayne also Clarifies in this Document that You Do NOT legally qualify as a Victim in Montana unless a Criminal Offense has been committed. This means that the Person must have been convicted of committing the Offense.

So Why Does Judge Clute Hamilton JP not have to adhere to these laws but Judge Hayne puts these laws in place and Denies me Protection. I tried to Show Judge Robin Clute the above and she Yelled this is my Court and I don't Care what other Courts Say. So Montana Corruption?


Sean Boushie was Stalking me 7 months ago and continues to this Day, I was NEVER Stalking him only posting Factual Stats on my Website and Writing on My Blog in a Legal Manner.  He Stalks me on PAID time at the University of Montana all day every day... week day.. He has Hate Sites, and Welcomes Members... posts hate and defamation on Craigs list over and over, emails me, threatens me and Still NO PROTECTION for Me.
I was not guilty of or Convicted of Stalking yet that is what Judge Clute based her Protective Order on and Meanwhile Sean Stalks me, emails me, attacks me defames, runs hate sites and groups against me and This Really is Stalking and NO One Does Anything.  This really is Defamation and the LAW Does NOTHING.  My Blogs are NOT Breaking the Law.  Sean Boushie is Breaking the Law and He has a Protective order against me due to Corrupt Montana Courts.

Why am I Speaking out Now? I have a Right to Defend my Life, My Loved Ones my Way of Life and My Way of Income.

I had Tried to Ignore all this, I have been working on other things for many, many months and had not even written on my local news site. Meanwhile my Stalker still emails me, harasses me, puts ads on Craig's list for other HATERS to join in burning me at the stake and chaining me and he is protected by Judge Robin Clute to Post online about me BOLDLY in his name, to threaten me to Lie about my "Realtor" status, to attempt to ruin my business with constant craigs list hate and continues to this day in his Rage against me while I can say NOTHING because of a Protective Order.  Well I have to Save my Own life and SO I have to Violate this Protective Order.

So in trying to let this just go away with the end of the Recall I did nothing, but as you see the Extreme violence and hate that has instilled ... well you see why I can no longer Remain Silent...

So Last week I posted my Opinion on the New Proposed Missoula Discrimination Law, in this I talked about the Missoula Police and the University of Montana and how they do NOTHING to STOP Lesbian Hate and that this new proposed Ordinance did not matter because Corrupt Courts would make sure that the Montana Lesbian, such as myself would be Kept Down while they protect those committing Hate Crimes.. While on the Full time Job of Watching My Blogs every single day, PAID for by the University of Montana, Sean Boushie sees this POST which SHOULD not be about him unless he is this guy, ok then Sean Google's "eureka montana sheriff fax" and clicks on my http://www.libbymontananews.com/  blog, I saw that stat, I saw that he read the post, from there you can assume that Sean Boushie then Faxed that post to the Cops in Lincoln County and requested I be arrested for Violation of My Restraining order, when the Cops got this Call, this Fax, sure wonder what they said to him, guess we will never know.

But for me it was Enough is Enough, I cannot sit and Wait for them to Continue watching me all day every day and trying to set me up, to jail me for an Illegal Restraining Order.

So time to Tell My Story, and if I am Jail for It - Well then I am - I have No Choice but to Defend Myself, My Business and those who are innocent and caught up in all this.
