Officer Maury McKinny, County Attorney Bernie Cassidy KNOW who Sent my Death Threat and Withhold information from me.. endangering my life.

Stephen Mocko of Eureka Montana had been Writing on my blogs, when I got my Death Threat I emailed it to Him as to many others.  Stephen Mocko, not knowing who had sent the Death Threat, he sent an email to CrystalCoxIsABitch@Yahoo.com that was apparently not to nice - and the next thing you Know Officer McKinney of Eureka Montana Calls Stephen Mocko in Oregon while he was working and says there have been charges filed against you..

Well See Sean Boushie had Checked that Email Account, all this BEFORE The Corrupt Hamilton Judge Robin Clute gave HIM Illegal Protection against Me..

Anyway.. He checked the account and then his buddies at the Corrupt Eureka Police wrote a Report, knowing full well that this proved he had access to the email that Threatened to KILL me and Officer McKinney did Nothing, there by endangering my life and set the events for over a years of harassing threats, defamation and ruining my Quality of Life.  And all the WHILE they had plenty of Proof that they hid.

This Was Friday night, before the Bull Thing that next day and well things get hectic, I called my Attorney who did nothing, so I needed to make sure this information was correct so I called the Eureka Police Immediately, here is that Call.. with Officer Grey.. I was in Fear of My Life.. They did NOTHING

So I Called the Eureka Police IMMEDIATLEY when Stephen Mocko told me that Officer McKinney called him about Criminal Charges Against Him for an Email he Sent to the EMAIL that Send me a DeathThreat, this proved who owned it and who was threatening my life, I need to tell the police right away and this is what the Officer Said...

Another Demand Letter July 5th 2010 from Sean Boushie

Today is July 5th 2010, and well Sean Boushie has been stalking me for a year now... he has been supported by the Corrupt Montana Justice System, Judges, Cops, University of Montana, Montana Commissioners in Lincoln County, Ravalli County, Missoula County and Federal Agencies Out of Helena Montana.

Today another threatening email from Sean Boushie, he asks that I remove his name from my sites, he demands I remove reference to "sandptcl" - which if it his not him, why would he care... He Demands I remove posts about my University of Montana stalker.. which to this day is still on my sites and googling harassing search terms he knows I will see.. The University of Montana has been aware of this stalking for about a year now and they still have him on the pay role... there is NO Civil Rights in the State of Montana.. Plain and Simple.

The First few blogs in the Demand letter below talk of FACT about the University of Montana ignoring the Rights of Lesbians... and they do not mention Sean Boushie, yet this is one of many demand letters that Sean M. Boushie has sent to me.. Why? He is not mentioned so sending demands to take it down proves yet again of Sean Boushie's guilt.

His Demand eMails always have some threat like this "This is your last and final opportunity to desist on this matter."  though what he is doing is Illegal and I have Done Nothing Illegal. 

Sean continues to be on my Stat Counter, I don't save them all anymore, but I save enough to show that he is still there and is still harassing me... PAID by the University of MONTANA and Protected by the Corruption Montana Justice System.

The demand below pretends to be from a "Stephanie Neuman" which is the maiden name of a Bankruptcy Whistleblower I write about on my Investigative Blog network, therefore he is now defaming her as well.  Sean claims to be in Contact with Summit 1031 Principal Mark Neuman, of which is nothing to do with Sean and is something have written on for over a year.  Of course Sean has read all I have wrote on the topic of the Summit 1031 Bankruptcy, (Paid for by the University of Montana) and has most likely Sean has contacted Mark Neuman.. however here he claims that Mark Neuman has a plan for "me" so this is very threatening. 

Sean Boushie makes Everything I do online his business and he constantly interferes with my Business... he constantly stalks me, harasses me and threatens me.. meanwhile emails people to incite hate against me..
And for some reason Montana Law Enforcement protects Sean Boushie though they know, without a doubt that Sean Sent me a Death Threat last August and they have proof of that ... Officer McKinney in Eureka Montana took a complaint from Sean Boushie that proved he had access to the email account that sent me the death threat and Officer McKinney did nothing about it.. Lincoln County Attorney Bernie Cassidy knows the Truth and Does Nothing about it.. as does Judge Langston in Eureka Montana and Judge Robin Clute Justice of the Peace in Hamilton Montana.

To these Folks, my Life is just Collateral Damage in their game of Montana Corruption.  For a year horribly harassed, threatened of being burned to the stake.. constant hate my way and threats and well all protected by a Montana Restraining Order that Corrupt Montana JP Robin Clute

Sean, on PAID time by the University of Montana actively seeks people to Hate Me, to gang up on me.. to give him information on me... and none of it has anything to do with him.

this Demand letter implicates Mark Neuman of Summit 1031 in Sean's attack on me.  I have no idea if it is True, however I do have proof of Sean soliciting a pastor in Texas to his hate group against me.. I do have proof of an ex-CEO of a Tech Company I write about being solicited by Sean and this is on the New York servers, so I will be suing, taking legal protected recourse out of New York on this as Well. 

If Mark Neuman has talked with Sean well then we have one more person to sue in this game of constantly threatening and harassing a Montana Investigative Blogger. If what I do is IllLegal then go thru the Legal System  - if it is Not Illegal then STOP threatening me, harassing me and Defaming Me.

Sean constantly attacks and accuses me of Defamation, thing is He has blatantly defamed me, my real estate company, friends, aquaintenances constantly for a year now and is protected by Montana Corruption and Paid by the University of Montana.  It never Ends the constant stalking and attacks on me and I have no recourse as there is No honest Judge in Montana that I have so far been able to contact, no commission, no attorney... the Montana ACLU ignores my cries for Help, the University of Montana igores my cries.

All on this blog have ignored my request for help and with major proof on my part, still they side with the Stalker that they know threatened to Kill me, Why? 

Many of these Sites in his Demand have Not Existed for a Year, Others are not Mine.  His Constant threats proves the Corruption in Montana - the Ignoring of Civil and Human Rights by the Montana ACLU and ALL Montana Law Enforcement at Every Level.

Well Robin Clute - Justice of the Peace in Montana says this can't be done.  His original Death Threat was sent from "Crystal Cox" to Crystal Cox so Judge Robin Clute - Hamilton Montana said that, well it says it is from you so It Must Be. So since then Sean Sends demand letters with his name signed to it but in alias eMails just to show that yes he is good at that, and knows how to do it and in fact does it all the time.  So Judge Robin Clute is being made to play the fool by Sean constantly proving that he knows how to do this.  Though Sean told both judges he does not do this, and that he really doesn't even do anything onlin.

the Stephen Mocko Complaints - the Email to the Death Threat Emailer and other Odd Factors of this Case NO one is Listening to.

Sean Boushie got an Email from Stephen Mocko that threatened to Rough Him Up and well had a few other profanities, Problem is Stephen Mocko did NOT send this Email to Sean Boushie Deliberatly. 

Stephen Mocko, as a then Writer on My Blog and someone who went to school with Paul Stramer's Kids, well he did not like what My Death Threat Email Said about Paul, his Kids and well Me.  So Stephen sent an Email to the Email that Send me a Death Threat.  He did not know who he was emailing, Stephen Simply knew he was emailing whoever send the Death Threat Email. 

So next thing you Know Officer McKinney is Calling Stephen Mocko on his Cell Phone while he is out of town working, and Officer Maury McKinney is Calling about a Privacy In Communications Criminal Complaint that Sean Boushie filed.  Stephen Mocko asked for clarification, and come to find out the Email that Sean Called the Eureka Montana Police Department about was an Email Send to CrystalCoxIsABitch@Yahoo.com   - so Right then and There the Eureka Police Department knowing full well of my Death Threat Email, they were alerted to who it REALLY was that Send the Death Threat and they did nothing to Warn me, Defend Me or to Serve up REAL Justice.  Instead they went after yet another innocent party to all this to defame, harass and set up him.

One Trick Corrupt Montana Courts Use, such as the Judges and County Attorney in Libby Montana is to just say, oh that is an on going investigation.  So they can just hang up a case for Years on End and have no accountability to anyone.

Stephen Mocko being a Good Man, and standing for the Truth without discrimination, he filed a Complaint against Sean Boushie and Officer McKinney for endangering my life, I have posted that on this Blog.  How did I get that Complaint? 

Well my Attorney, a couple months after being paid to help me, and way after she was told of how bad this all was and about the Criminal Complaint Against Stephen Mocko and that Proving who sent the Death Threat, well she finally got around to requesting that file, that complaint Proving without a Doubt that Sean Boushie had, in Fact send that Death Threat Email.  And well Lincoln County Attorney Bernie Cassidy, who did nothing about any of this, well his answer was to act like it is still all under investigation and he can't release that information which is MY RIGHT TO HAVE and Endangers my Very Life and My Business. However, Bernie Cassidy did send copies of Stephen Mockos Complaint against Sean Boushie, so that was My Business - but a Complaint that Proved who my Death Threat Came from and involved me directly that, to this day has been denied to me ???

Also there is another Complaint Sean Filed with Bernie Cassidy, Libby Montana - Lincoln County Attorney.. which Sean wrote by Case number in his Protective Order request to Judge Clute, and I to this Day have not been made aware of the Nature of this Complaint in any way.

Sean Boushie again incriminates himself by admitting to getting that email in writing, signed in his protective order request submitted to Judge Robin Clute's Corrupt Court in Hamilton Montana.  So there NOW she too had proof that he sent me that Death Threat, her Solution, well She Said it was not Admissable.  Which she pre-planned to say, of course... So when Sean Boushie tried to talk about it in her Corrupt Ravalli County Court out of the Non-Incorporated town of Hamilton Montana - well she told him he could not use that as evidence... NICE.. so NOW she Denied me the RIGHT to Use that in my Defense, which One Hundred Percent Proved he sent me that Death Threat. 

When I brought it up anyway in my defense, she said LOUDLY, didn't you hear me say it was not admissable as part of this hearing.. ya but... NOTHING...
