Today is August 4th 2010 - almost 1 Year Since My "Death Threat" IGNORED by ALL Montana Authorities.

Another Cease and Desist, Threat from Sean Boushie. 

Keep in mind some of theese are not mine, he has not proven they are mine but keeps threatening me.  I never did talk about his wife yet he keeps that threat coming, he keeps threatening to incarcarate me, he has a hate blog about me - YET the Corrupt Justice of the Peace Robin Clute of Hamilton Montana

"You have been given a sufficient time period and warning to remove

any and all of your defamatory and slanderous lies about myself, Sean Boushie, my wife, Wynette Boushie and my family.

Once again I demand that you immediately remove all of the below following defamatory lies
and slanderous postings from your "blogs" and websites, including any mention of my name, your "death threat" which you fabricated in order to secure yourself a role in the "beneath the beauty" comedy.

If you do not immediately do so I will assure you that I will continue with the currently filed complaint against you for Criminal Defamation, MCA 45-8-212 and slander, MCA 27-1-803.

Slander defined. As well as Libel and MCA 45-7-202. False swearing, in relation to your now dismissed
fraudulent restraining order.

We have also now filed complaints with the FBI, and have hired an attorney to begin a class action lawsuit.

I will persist in this matter, using all legal means necessary, until such time that you comply with this demand or you are prosecuted and incarcerated. As are all of your other victims.

If you wish to be rid of me and everyone else, your only option is to remove and delete
your slanderous lies and associated "blog" posts from the Internet and leave everyone alone.

Making your slanderous “blogs” open to only invited users, and /or "parking" the website does not
constitute removal.

This is an admission that Sean Boushie is Connected to the Guy who called himself Jimmy Boston, who I believe is a Montana Law Enforcement Official.  This also AGAIN admits Sean Boushie is connected to "sandptcl" - Also Note for my own Real Estate Marketing Needs EurekaMontanaNews.com has been down for months and YET Sean Boushie Keeps Harassing Me, Keeps Defaming me and is Protected by the Corrupt Montana Law Enforcement.
 
Sean Boushie Really Did Send me a Death Threat, the Eureka Montana - Llincoln County Police and County Attorney have information that Proves this without a doubt and they hide this informaiton and risk my life to protect their own "Montana Corruption" and Lies.
 
I was repeatedly denied a Protective Order and yet Sean Boushie was given one against me and still keeps attacking me, defaming me, harassing me and ALL Law Enforcement, Montana State Officials, Missoula Police and More have aided and abetted this Criminal Activity for almost a year Now. 
 
I provided web stats to Montana Law Enforcement and to the University of Montana as well as to Judges in Lincoln and Ravalli County proving what Sean Boushie was doing to me and continues NOW a year later to do.. and they IGNORED my please for Help, they Ignored the State Laws.  They ignored my Rights.  Sean Boushie has HAD an ILLEGAL Protective Order Against me for nearly a Year now, Given by the Corrupt, Law Ignoring Justice of the Peace Robin Clute of Hamilton Montana.
 
He continues to brag about the corrupt Libby Montana Judge that took away the 1 month protection I did finally get, and daid it was illegal... he claims that the lesbian site posts are abut him, which admits he is the stalker.. I mean FACT I have a stalker.. but he claims it is not him yet CONSTANTLY demands I remove FACTS on the Actual Existance of the Factual Stalker.
 
The last Few Demand Letters Claim that Judge Stormy Langston is my "buddy" - yet she denied me protection in the first place and only gave it because he got one and it held up only a month.. Sean is Defaming Stormy Langston as well as the others he "thinks" are my "buddies" whom I have nothing to do with.. Constant Harassment and Threats - LEGAL in the "Montana Corruption" Lack of Justice System.
 
He Demands I remove Web Stats of my Web Stalker Watching me for a Year NOW from the .. Paid for by the... University of Montana - Who Seems to LOVE to Discriminate, aids Hate Crimes, Ignores Human Rights, Ignores Facts, Ignores Civil Rights and Does NOTHING to STOP this Crime as Sean Boushie Continues to this day to watch me.. to email people about me.. to Defame me.. and is Protected by the Good Ol' boys Montana "Wall of Corruption"...
 
There are NO Human Rights in Montana, there are NO Civil Rights in Montana.  There is No Real Laws Enforced in Montana - it is Only Who You Know, Who you Owe, Who you can Pay off... and the Law - the Truth - the Facts are of NO Matter in your Montana Rights.. or the Montana Judicical Process.   
 

the Stephen Mocko Complaints - the Email to the Death Threat Emailer and other Odd Factors of this Case NO one is Listening to.

Sean Boushie got an Email from Stephen Mocko that threatened to Rough Him Up and well had a few other profanities, Problem is Stephen Mocko did NOT send this Email to Sean Boushie Deliberatly. 

Stephen Mocko, as a then Writer on My Blog and someone who went to school with Paul Stramer's Kids, well he did not like what My Death Threat Email Said about Paul, his Kids and well Me.  So Stephen sent an Email to the Email that Send me a Death Threat.  He did not know who he was emailing, Stephen Simply knew he was emailing whoever send the Death Threat Email. 

So next thing you Know Officer McKinney is Calling Stephen Mocko on his Cell Phone while he is out of town working, and Officer Maury McKinney is Calling about a Privacy In Communications Criminal Complaint that Sean Boushie filed.  Stephen Mocko asked for clarification, and come to find out the Email that Sean Called the Eureka Montana Police Department about was an Email Send to CrystalCoxIsABitch@Yahoo.com   - so Right then and There the Eureka Police Department knowing full well of my Death Threat Email, they were alerted to who it REALLY was that Send the Death Threat and they did nothing to Warn me, Defend Me or to Serve up REAL Justice.  Instead they went after yet another innocent party to all this to defame, harass and set up him.

One Trick Corrupt Montana Courts Use, such as the Judges and County Attorney in Libby Montana is to just say, oh that is an on going investigation.  So they can just hang up a case for Years on End and have no accountability to anyone.

Stephen Mocko being a Good Man, and standing for the Truth without discrimination, he filed a Complaint against Sean Boushie and Officer McKinney for endangering my life, I have posted that on this Blog.  How did I get that Complaint? 

Well my Attorney, a couple months after being paid to help me, and way after she was told of how bad this all was and about the Criminal Complaint Against Stephen Mocko and that Proving who sent the Death Threat, well she finally got around to requesting that file, that complaint Proving without a Doubt that Sean Boushie had, in Fact send that Death Threat Email.  And well Lincoln County Attorney Bernie Cassidy, who did nothing about any of this, well his answer was to act like it is still all under investigation and he can't release that information which is MY RIGHT TO HAVE and Endangers my Very Life and My Business. However, Bernie Cassidy did send copies of Stephen Mockos Complaint against Sean Boushie, so that was My Business - but a Complaint that Proved who my Death Threat Came from and involved me directly that, to this day has been denied to me ???

Also there is another Complaint Sean Filed with Bernie Cassidy, Libby Montana - Lincoln County Attorney.. which Sean wrote by Case number in his Protective Order request to Judge Clute, and I to this Day have not been made aware of the Nature of this Complaint in any way.

Sean Boushie again incriminates himself by admitting to getting that email in writing, signed in his protective order request submitted to Judge Robin Clute's Corrupt Court in Hamilton Montana.  So there NOW she too had proof that he sent me that Death Threat, her Solution, well She Said it was not Admissable.  Which she pre-planned to say, of course... So when Sean Boushie tried to talk about it in her Corrupt Ravalli County Court out of the Non-Incorporated town of Hamilton Montana - well she told him he could not use that as evidence... NICE.. so NOW she Denied me the RIGHT to Use that in my Defense, which One Hundred Percent Proved he sent me that Death Threat. 

When I brought it up anyway in my defense, she said LOUDLY, didn't you hear me say it was not admissable as part of this hearing.. ya but... NOTHING...

Here is an Email from a Guy Calling himself Jimmy BostonI posted this Email last summer after I got it, it was before my death threat email that was sent on August 6th 2008.  Once I got my Death Threat Email I learned how to track the Email IP.. the following Email is tracked to the Mitchell Building In Helena.

Ok so In tracking this to the Mitchell Building in Helena Ron Kosena was assigned to work with, I explained to him about my Death Threat and that I was in Danger, and that my threat had similar wording  He Called me Right away ( my life on the line I recorded that Call - It will be on this Site), Ron Kosena then emailed me.. I will post that below, then after he contact the Corrupt Lincoln County Courts Ron Kosena STOPPED his investigation and STOPPED communicating with me at all, as If I was the Criminal, as if Lincoln County Law Enforcement Said I was under watch or something.. at any rate he left me hanging, and these folks are Paid by the State of Montana... The 161.7.95.108 IP address is a dynamic global NAT address from my outside firewall. What that means to you is my outside firewall converts an internal IP address to an external IP address which resides as a pool of addresses that can be used on the World Wide Web. As such state of Montana dynamic global NAT’d addresses have a short “time-to-live” after the session connection is broken. I am looking to see if there is a chance that this didn’t roll off our firewall logging; although frankly, I am pretty sure that TTL has expired.

Ron Kosena Dropped out of Site on my Case, with no Help to me or Referral of Me to work with anyone else on this Deadly Issue.  Ron Kosena did NOT take this seriously or really do anything to Help me.

However from the Above, I dug deeper and found that the JP Office and the City Court ar on this Server as is the Lincoln County Sheriff Office.
