Jim Lemke - Jim Lemcke Chief of Police, University of Montana DID nothing to Really Investigate My Stalker

Jim Lemke Chief of Police, University of Montana did not look at stats, did nothing to monitor what Sean did on his computer, did nothing to protect my rights, and gave Sean Free clearance Good to Go.. again last fall... WHY?  Well most likely because Sean Showed Jim Lemke Chief of Police, University of Montana the Protective Order he was given Illegally and without Merit Against ME.   Did University of Montana Police Chief Jim Lemke look into the facts, did he discriminate against me because I am a Woman, a Lesbian, did he not understand the Proof?  And still to this Day Sean Boushie attacks me, stalks me while the University of Montana pays him to do whatever job title he really has and to this day they do nothing.

He may be able to track the source and get this resolved.

You also mentioned a letter sent via regular mail. Can you send a copy?

At any time the University could have looked in on him to see his STALKING and harassing me online, they could have Supoeoned Google or Yahoo to Prove to themselves, they did none of this and instead let it continue to this Day.. we are now in March of 2010.

The header information may not prove it is Sean but could locate the source. You don't have to send me that if you don't want. Possibly I can subpoena Yahoo for the location and e-mail registration and that will tell us a lot.

Personnel issues are protected so I can't say what action has been taken but there has been action taken and if you are not seeing him on your site after this weekend, that is the result. Any violation of UM policy will be handled by his supervisor.

Having all of the information, letter, e-mails, etc. will paint a picture of the whole truth.

He is Still on My Site attacking me EVERY Day.. it is now March of 2010 so what mysterious "personal" Action did Mr. Lemcke ever Take?
What was ... WHAT IS... the University of Montana waiting for??? my Death?? the Ruin of My Business?  Is the University of Montana Controlled by Corrupt Sheriff's and Corrupt Montana Courts, who pays the Wages of the U of M folks that Let this Happen?

They never did Get the Yahoo information.. they never really did anything they talked about doing, why?  What possible reason do they STILL let this Go on For?

OK so the Harassment and Death Threat of a Montana Citizen, and Innocent Woman, a Montana Lesbian - and the University of Montana Concluded their supposed investigation and could find no crime in their juristiction.  WHAT? 

Did they supeona Yahoo?  How about any other supeonas, what did their investigation involve, why are they to this day NOT concerned with Sean Boushie's attacks on me from their U of M computers.  Did they find something but were told to back off or Else.. by Corrupt Montana Courts? 

What Really Happened and why does the University of Montana Condone - Support and Even PAY for a man to participate in a Hate Crime against a Montana Lesbian, ALL day every day and they have "Concluded our Investigation" and that is that... 

So NEVER - EVER thing the University of Montana is Lesbian Friendly, Woman Friendly or is Not activiely ignoring Victims Rights in Montana.  Because I have proof that they do, they are and no end in Site.
