Montana Hate Crime

So Many Montana Laws Broken Over and Over again, and Montana Law Enforcement Punishes the Victim of the Crime and DOES nothing toward accountability to the Real Criminal of the Real Crime and violation of Montana State Laws.

One of These Laws is, My Attacker is Participating in a Montana Hate Crime and has been since my Death Threat in August of 2008 - and Montana Law Enforcement Ignores it - the University of Montana Pays for It and Well there are No Victims Rights in the State of Montana.
