At the Beginning of my Corrupt, Human Rights Violating, Woman Discriminating, Lesbian Rights Violating Court Hearing before Judge Robin Clute in Hamilton Montana Said she would hear what Sean Boushie had to Say and then she would let me defend Myself and Provide Documentation.
She let Sean Boushie Lie for 45 minutes, defame me, use my Stats and Blog as some sort of trumped up proof that I did something wrong, when in fact I did no such thing. YES this NOT a Court of RECORD Violated my Human Rights in Every way, and YES when My Life is In Danger I have a right to make it a Court of Record and I Do have a Recording of this Proceeding.
Anyway, once Sean Boushie was finally done, I spoke, I felt and showed Real True Fear, she shut me Down. I told her I had a Signed Document of Why Hamilton District Judge, Judge Hayne Refused me a Protective Order 2 Weeks before, She then Yelled at me saying I don't care what other Courts Say, this is My Court, no I don't want to see it. I tried to Explain the Stats to her, talk about the Email and point out proof and she interrupted and shut me down.. and after a few minutes gave a year long Protective Order, that She would Think about next September if it would be Permanent. And then Right there in Front of my Death Threat Stalker SHE asked me Forcefully to Call out My Social Security Number. FURTHER violating my Rights.
Judge Robin Clute is Guilty of Discrimination, Harassment, Condoning a Hate Crime, Covering for a Criminal, Denying me Basic Dignity - Human Rights - Civil Rights and completly ignoring Protected Classes or the Rights of Lesbians whom she showed extreme hatred of.
