There is NOTHING wrong or Illegal in any way with What I do.
I hear peoples stories I report it, the THING is that I am not controlled media or paid for media, but a true news source of the People by the People.
My Network of News Blogs is open to other writers, most are afraid that Law Enforcement will harass them, set them up.. that commissioners will fail subdivisions and that those powers will ruin their business - here we call that economic Terrorism.
The newspapers and tv distort news, they are not fact based so much as book report style where they pull out the facts they want to creat the version they want and they build on that and call it news. So they get a Rogue Reporter like me, really telling the Real News and they find a way to Shut me Up, threaten Me, Harass me and deny me Due Process, Civil Rights and Human Rights.
Just because I tell the News of the People they set up a fraudulant Protective Order to TRY and Scare me - SHUT Me UP, thing is they forgot to tell the guy whey they REALLY gave him the protective order, and well he is gunning for me, threatening my life, ruining my business ( which Ravalli County - Missoula Counta - Lincoln County and the University of Montana WILL be LIABLE in FULL for as I can full PROVE how they let this Happen)
The Sheriff is the Law of the land, and if a Sheriff succumbs to greed or has dirty secrets or illegal activities
A Montana Sheriff needs to not only strive for honesty and integrity but to have a good business and management Ethic and skill base and if not the citizens suffer a Reign of Terror and illegal activity to line their pockets and meanwhile have no rights
Because of the stories I have heard over a lifetime in Lincoln County Montana, and especially the detailed stories over the last year of the Corruption in Montana in General, well I can see that whether it be Domestic Violence, Robbery, Meth Dealers, Deadly DUI's, Hate Groups Online, Cyber Terrorists, Death Threats, Dog Beatings, Rapes, Drugs, Trespassing or any Crime that violates the Rights of the Citizens... well if the Sheriff is not Held Accountable and really even trying to uphold the Law and the County Prosecutor has no accountability Law or Truth WELL then you have no rights, no due process and it is just a free for all of terro on the citizens and they have no one to reach out to.
I have seen dozens talk Montana State to help kids in Libby Montana, it always come back to someone in Libby purposely doing nothing, even to the point of Known Meth Dealers GETTTING ok-ed to Home School - it is beyond Sick. I even get stories of the cops themselves dealing drugs out of downtown Libby Businesses.
I have personally been set up, persecuted, stripped of my Rights all because I run a blog telling the TRUTH. I have done nothing illegal, it is just people's story and what is really going on. But the Local Law and Montana Courts have denied me civil rights, condoned and even supported Hate Crimes against me and they leave me powerless as they Slap a Protective order against me and I did nothing threatening or wrong in any way, yeah I called a Guy a Coward and an Idiot - I am sure that Montana Woman have said much worse to a guy and vice versa, so this warrant the Corrupt Montana courts to give a Protective Order Against Me - thus enable my agressor to Feel Powerful and come at me by name for 7 months now.
Montana is a very Corrupt State in the fact that he can harass and attack me and I can do nothing, because in Montana Restraining Orders are Not Mutual. There are NO VICTIMS rights in Montana. And this not in line in any way with Federal Victims Rights Laws. And all to Protect Illegal Activity and Fraud on the Courts in Lincoln County Montana.
