Boyd White Libby Montana Detective - What is his Role in all This

I had worked with Boyd White, Libby Montana Detective for quite awhile trying to get my then 8 year old cousin out of a Meth House in Libby Montana. Boyd and I emailed back and forth on the issues, I really thought he was trying to help - but no good EVER came of any of it. 

However thinking I trusted him and we had Good Communication I emailed him for Help on this, he ignored it back then and my newest Hate Sites I emailed him and asked for help and he has Not provided any.

To This Day Boyd White Ignores My Rights.
